Where are you based and do you deliver?

We're in Campbellfield, Melbourne. Drop into our showroom or arrange a pickup, and we deliver across Australia through our freight partners.

How do I set up an account with OPPS?

Get in touch through our enquiry form or give us a call. We'll have a quick chat about your business and what you need, send through a credit application, and once that's approved you'll be set and have a dedicated account manager.

How quickly can I get product?

Most of what we sell is held in stock at Campbellfield and ready to pick up or freight within a day or two. Made to order and larger custom batches need a bit more time, depending on what you're after. Tell us what you need and when, and we'll let you know what's realistic.

Can I visit the facility?

Yes. We're open to trade customers and potential partners who want to come in, see the setup, and talk through what we do. Just get in touch first so we can make sure someone's available to spend time with you.

What industries do you work with?

We supply and manufacture for a broad range of industries, construction and building trades, infrastructure, industrial maintenance, agriculture, and other paint manufacturers or formulators. If you're not sure whether we're a fit, reach out and we'll tell you straight.

Do you have a minimum order?

It depends on what you're ordering. For stocked trade products there's generally no formal minimum, though pricing gets better at higher volumes. For manufactured or custom products, minimums vary by product type, we'll work through that with you when you enquire.

What types of products do you manufacture and stock?

We make and sell a range of decorative, protective, and industrial coatings, including architectural acrylics, primers, sealers, epoxies, polyurethanes, and specialty finishes. We also stock raw materials like resins, pigments, solvents, and additives for other manufacturers and formulators.

Do your products come with technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS)?

Yes, every product we supply comes with a current TDS and SDS. If you need them before placing an order, just ask and we'll send them through or they can be found under the Data Sheets tab on our website.

Can I get samples before committing to a larger order?

For most products, yes. We'd rather you're confident in what you're buying before you commit to volume. Get in touch and we'll sort out what's practical.

Do you colour-match or tint to order?

Yes. We can tint to a wide range of colours in-house, and we can colour match to a physical sample or colour reference. Lead times for matched colours may vary, so give us as much notice as you can.

Are your products Australian made?

Yes. Our manufactured products are made right here at our Campbellfield facility in Melbourne or at our Sydney facility.

Do you offer private label products?

Yes. We can manufacture and package products under your brand. Whether it's an existing formulation or something developed to your spec, we'll treat the arrangement confidentially. Get in touch to discuss what you need.

Do you offer private label, toll, or contract manufacturing?

Yes. We manufacture under our own brands as well as for other businesses, whether that's private label, toll manufacturing, or full contract production. We're flexible on batch size, so we can handle small runs as well as larger ongoing volumes. Get in touch with what you need and we'll work with you to find the best fit.

Can you develop a custom formulation for us?

Yes, that's something we do. If you have a performance spec, an existing product you want to replicate, or a new idea you want to bring to market, our team can work with you on formulation development. It helps to know what substrate, environment, and performance requirements you're working with.

How do I get a quote for contract manufacturing?

Send us the basics, what the product is, the volume you're thinking, any specific performance requirements, and your packaging needs. We'll come back with what we need to confirm pricing, or we'll get on a call if it's easier to talk through.

What's the minimum batch size for manufactured products?

It varies by product type and the equipment involved. Some products can be done in smaller batches, others are more efficient at larger volumes. We'll always be upfront about what's practical and what makes economic sense for you.

Can you handle ongoing production runs, not just one-off batches?

Yes. We work with clients on both one-off productions and regular ongoing supply. If you're building a product range and need a reliable manufacturing partner behind it, that's something we can talk through.

Do you supply raw materials to other paint manufacturers?

Yes. We stock resins, pigments, solvents, and additives at our Melbourne facility and supply them in volumes that suit small formulators through to large manufacturers. Samples are available before committing to bulk, and our technical team can lend a hand if you need help with formulation.

What payment terms are available?

Account holders can access trade credit terms once their credit application is approved. New customers or one off orders are typically paid upfront. Talk to us when you set up your account and we'll work out what makes sense.

How are orders shipped?

We use freight partners to deliver across Australia. Freight costs are calculated based on your order weight, volume, and delivery location. We'll include freight in your quote so there are no surprises.

What if there's an issue with my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll sort it out. Whether it's a product issue, a short delivery, or something that wasn't right, we'd rather know and fix it than have you sitting on a problem.
